SureShield™

This is the first Mainland made microporous film laminate. It offers barrier protection and breathability at the same level as DuPont's Nexgen and BBA's Linopore products. It offers superior protection from Bio as well as Chemical hazards. Applications are Coveralls, Lab Coats, Isolation and Surgical Gowns and just about anything else you can need in the way of garments.

We currently offer 50gsm SureShieldä and 60gsm SureShield Proä.

We are happy to introduce the new “WEC “and WECR” standard to the industry incorporating our own “SureShield” material. WEC stands for (W)ings and (E)xtended (C)rotch. WECR has a higher performance rating to WEC. All of the stress points are sewn twice and reinforced. That is the reason for the “R”.

As our customer we know you are thinking WING? Why should I be concerned with a wing?

Well birds have wings and birds fly. The wing is that area underneath the arm that extends forward to the furthest point to present an elastic and firm surface. Bird skin is flexible and does not break so why would we provide you a coverall where a critical stretch point is at the underarm and permit it to break?

At ChinaHawk we understand that by using a tapered rounded surface we can reduce this stress point so that it will not separate and expose your workers or your products to contaminants. The vast majority of out competitor’s products do not have this feature.

If you look at the most common coverall available on the market today you are going to find that it is just 2 edges of fabric sewn together in the crotch area. When you wear it and “squat” the seams will rip out of the bottom.

We recognize that in your industry that this is not an acceptable condition for performance. Our company has designed a product where we have added an additional 2 pieces of specially tailored material to prevent separation at the stress points and to assure the protection of your employee.
